Is It Scary?
Yes! How scary depends on the nature of the person.

Are there any safety precautions?
Yes! Persons with the following conditions SHOULD NOT participate in this attraction: back, neck or similar physical conditions; expectant mothers; heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure; fear of enclosed spaces; sensitivity to strobe or fog effects.

Can I bring my 10 or 11year-old child?
The haunt is recommended for ages 13+, but ultimately it is up to the parents to use their discretion.
Some children are fine, and some children are traumatized.  Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Will the actors touch me?
No. Not unless you are so scared that you cannot move. Then they will help assist you out of the attraction.

If I chicken out, can I get my money back?
No. You have paid us to scare you, and we have.

Can I purchase tickets at the attraction?
Yes, however, given the demand, we strongly recommend you purchase your tickets in advance as there is limited capacity. The time slots you are interested in may be sold out.  On-site ticket sales are subject to availability.

Is the attraction handicapped accessible?
Yes.  The building offers an elevator for guests who require help moving from upper to lower levels.

Is there on-site parking?
Yes. There is capacity to have guest vehicles park at the attraction location. Please follow all Parking Attendant instructions.

What if it rains, will the attraction still run?
Yes. The attraction will be open in the rain. Please wear your rain gear for the outdoor portion of the attraction and for waiting in line.
