Rules of Extreme Fear

Extreme Fear Hauntings’ (EFH) management asks for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the continued safety of our guests and staff. EFH reserves the right to inspect bags and purses on request. We recommend that you secure all unnecessary valuables in the trunk of your vehicle.  
Please arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Please note that booking a time slot guarantees entry into the queue line at your scheduled time, not entry into the attraction.

• FOOD and DRINKS are prohibited inside the attraction area.
• NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN ANY LINES OR INSIDE THE BUILDING
• VIDEO RECORDING, FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY, FLASHLIGHTS AND LASER PENS are not permitted.
• ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED inside the attraction except for registered service animals for guests with disabilities. Proof of Registration is required.
• COSTUMES AND FACE PAINT of any kind are prohibited. (Except for the attraction staff)
• WAGONS, skateboards, scooters (motorized or un-motorized) inline skates, shoes with built in wheels, bicycles, tricycles, unicycles, pogo sticks, and two wheeled vehicles, including Segways are prohibited.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests and staff, we expect the following:

• No excessive consumption of alcohol
• No obscene, offensive, or abusive language or actions, especially while waiting in line.
• No fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks or gestures
• No dangerous, abusive, profane, or illegal behavior
• No unruly or inconsiderate behavior
• No wearing of obscene, offensive, or indecent clothing or exposure or un-dressing.
• No interfering with security procedures
  
• Do not throw any objects or projectiles at the “scare actors”. If you mistreat them, you will be escorted out of the attraction, without refund. This is inclusive of touching.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

WEAPONS OF ANY KIND, glow sticks, selfie sticks, pacifiers, masks, balloons, Frisbees, Drones, e-cigarettes or vaporizers, Narcotics, fireworks, spray cans, corrosive or flammable substances, dyes or receptacles containing substances which are harmful to health and are highly flammable. Also prohibited: megaphones and air or gas-powered horns.

ALL GUESTS ENTER AT THEIR OWN RISK

EFH is not responsible or liable for any harm incurred on the premises. This attraction contains high impact scares and strobe lights which may not be suitable for people with heart conditions or prone to seizures. The attraction will include the use of fog juice.

PLEASE NOTE: The attraction is under camera surveillance, and you will be video recorded while you are on site.
